Notice is hereby given that on 9th August 2017, a Petition was presented to the Sheriffdom of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow by Embryo Limited craving the Court inter alia to order that Embryo Limited having their registered office at 1 Cambuslang Court, Cambuslang, Glasgow G32 8FH be wound up by the Court in which Petition the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 14th August 2017 appointed any other persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow, Sheriff Court House, 1 Carlton Place, Glasgow G5 9DA within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement, and in the meantime appointing Brian Milne, French Duncan LLP, 133 Finnieston Street, Glasgow G3 8HB as provisional liquidator.
