BOURNEMOUTH BOROUGH COUNCIL Oswald Road & Curzon Road Closure -Highway Improvement Works -Cycle Contraflow

TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2017 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Bournemouth, in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended and the Traffic Management Act 2004,has made temporary traffic regulations, with the effects detailed below, to control traffic movement.

OSWALD ROAD - 20th August 2017 until 28th August 2017

1. Road closed to all motorised vehicles at its junction with Wimborne Road
2. Suspension of one-way only to allow two-way traffic for its entire length
3. DIVERSION: Via Ensbury Park Road, Redhill Avenue and Cherries Drive

CURZON ROAD - 4th September 2017 until 17th September 2017
1. Road closed to all motorised vehicles at its junction with Holdenhurst Road
 2. Suspension of one-way only to allow two-way traffic from its junction with Grant's Avenue to its junction with Holdenhurst Road
 3. DIVERSION: Via Grant's Avenue and Jefferson Avenue

WHY: Highway Improvement works (cycle contraflow) by Dyer & Butler for Bournemouth Borough Council
ACCESS: Full emergency services access will be maintained, access to properties will remain depending on site safety.
