Notice is hereby given that I, Mahboob Hussain, have made an application under Section 17 of paert 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 for the grant of a premises licence for the premises known as;

5 Briggate, Leeds, LS1 3LX. I intend to conduct the following licensable activities on or from the premises: The sale of late night refreshment Monday to Sunday 23;00-4.00 subject to the following terms;

CCTV; incident register; litter clearance; door supervision.
