NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Petition was presented by Wilson & Caldwell Electrical Contractors Limited (Company Number SC309035) having its registered office at Unit 6, Fleming Court, 2 North Avenue, Clydebank Business Park, Clydebank, G81 2DR craving the Court to order that the said Wilson & Caldwell Electrical Contractors Limited be wound-up by the court and to appoint an Interim Liquidator; in which Petition the Sheriff at Dumbarton by interlocutor of 2nd August 2017, ordained any parties having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Dumbarton within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement and in the meantime appointed Derek A. Jackson, Chartered Accountant, 65 Bath Street, Glasgow G2 2BX to be provisional liquidator of the said company with authority to exercise the powers contained paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part 2 of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986 Michael Martin Ritchie, Hardy Macphail, 45 Hope Street, Glasgow, G2 6AE.
