Notice under regulation 7(2)(b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant  Proposed development at former Howdens site, Scotland Street, Glasgow. Proposed mixed use development to include alterations, demolitions and change of use of existing buildings to business space/restaurant/café use and residential and small scale retail/restaurant/café development (in principle) together with access, parking, landscaping and engineering/infrastructure works. A public meeting will be held at Scotland Street School Museum, 225 Scotland Street, Glasgow, G5 8QB Saturday 26th August 2017 – 12 to 5pm.
