THE SECRETARY OF STATE hereby gives notice that the Order under section 247 of the above Act to authorise the stopping up of a western part width of Moor Lane adjoining the eastern boundary of Birkenshaw Bottoms Methodist Church at Birkenshaw in the Metropolitan Borough of Kirklees, referred to in the Notice published on 16 June 2017, under reference NATTRAN/Y&H/S247/2875, will not be made, the application for the order having been withdrawn.
