Licensing Act 2003 Notice of Application for Grant of a Premises Licence

I Habib Ghahramanizadi hereby give notice that an application was made to New Forest District Council on the 8th August 2017 for the Grant of a new Premises Licence to operate a premises at:

Be Be's Cafe, Unit 1&2 Ferry Boat House, Pylewell Road, Hythe, Southampton, SO45 5AR

from which the following licensable activities are proposed. Retail of Alcohol for consumption on the premises from 08:00 to 23:00 hours Monday to Sunday inclusive. The full application, giving details about the premises and proposed licensable activities, has been sent to the Liquor Licensing Section, this may be inspected, free of charge, at the offices of the council at New Forest District Council, Licensing team, Appletree Court, Beaulieu Road, Lyndhurst SO43 7PA or online  http://www.newforest.gov.uk. Any interested party or Responsible Authority may make representations to the Licensi ng Section withi n 28 Consecutive Days of the day of application was made as detailed above. The last day for represent­ations being the 06/09/2017 It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statementin connection with an application and a person may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of up to Level 5 on the Standard Scale.   08/08/2017
