The County of Dorset (Various Roads in the District of Purbeck) (Consolidation of Orders Made for the Regulation of Traffic) Order 2014, (Amendment Order No., 201') East Street, Corfe Castle -Prohibition of Waiting Dorset County Council proposes to make an Amendment Order to 'The County of Dorset (Various Roads in the District of Purbeck) (Consolidation of Orders Made forthe Regulation of Traffic) Order 2014' under relevant sections of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 ('the Act') and of the Traffic Management Act 2004 and of The Local Authorities' Traffic Orders (Procedure) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996 and of all other enabling powers and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with statutory requirement and in compliance with the 1996 Regulations.
The effect of the Order will be to introduce a new length of 'no waiting at any time' at East Street, Corfe Castle.
Relevant exemptions will apply where appropriate and as necessary in accordance with the provisions of the Order.
Full details of this proposal are contained in the Draft Order which, together with a plan showing the length of road affected and a statement of the County Council's reasons for proposing to make the Order, may be inspected from Monday to Friday during normal office hours at:-
