TEST VALLEY BOROUGH COUNCIL LICENSING ACT 2003-Public Notice
Mrs M Buck is applying for the new grant of a Premises Licence for Prego Italian Deli, Unit 3, Jasmine House, High Street, Stockbridge, Hants SO20 6HB If granted the application will allow the following licensable activities to take place: sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and a person guilty oi an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
