LICENSING ACT 2003 NEW STORE APPLICATION
An application has been made to Wiltshire Council (or a new premises licence under section 17 of the Act by Tesco Stores Ltd, in respect of Tesco Stores Ltd, Beversbrook Road, Calne, SN11 9FQ to sell alcohol between 06:00 - 23:00 Monday to Sunday. The licensing register and a record of the application may be inspected by prior appointment at the offces of Wiltshire Council, Publc Protection Services & Licensing, Monkton Park, Chippenham, Wiltshire, SN15 1ER between normal olce hours Monday to Friday except public holidays.
Any representation by a responsible authority or a person likely to be affected by the grant of the application must be made in writing to the council by 13th September 2017.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, for which a person is liable on summary conviction to a maximum fine of £5,000.
