Notice of application for a variation of a Premises Licence (Section 34 of the Act) Ross Bayley, Black Horse, 52 Delph Rd, Brierley Hill, West Mids, DY5 2TP
Installation of out side Bar/Kitchen. To allow customers outside after 11pm. To smoke, without drinks. To allow recorded music to be played until 00.00
The full application can be inspected by contacting the Licensing Section (see below) between the hours of 8.00am and 4.00pm (Mondays to Fridays except public holidays).
Any representations by a Responsible Authority or interested Party Must be made in writing between: Date 9/8/17 and 5/9/17 to Assistant Director, Law & Governance, Licensing Services, Unit 1 Hurst Business Park, Narrowboat Way, Brierley Hill, DY5 1UF.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
