(C2250 Coles Green Road, Leigh Sinton)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017
Order made: to close that part of C2250 Coles Green Road, Leigh Sinton from its junction with C2227 Sherridge Road to its junction with U62234 Kingshill in order to facilitate BT Openreach works.
Exemptions: to permitaccess to anyland or premises frontingthe highwayaffected wherethereis noother form ofaccess; and toallowthe worksto be undertaken.
Alternative route: C2250 Sandlin, C2064 Stitchins Hill, C2064 Ashfields, C2064 Smith End Green, C2227 Sherridge Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 13 days Commencing:
21 August2017.
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (Tour of Britain, Worcestershire) (Temporary Traffic Restrictions)(Special Event) Order 2017
Notice is hereby given that Worcestershire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 16A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to facilitate the holding of the Tour of Britain cycle race through Worcestershire on 10 September 2017.
In brief the effect of the order would be as follows:-
10 September 2017 there will be rolling road closures as the Tour of Britain cycle race passes from its start point in Worcester City centre through Wychavon District Area and Malvern Hills District Area there are exemptions to restrictions for emergency services, authorised Event officials, safety officials and pedestrian access to premises. Approximate times of closures in specific areas are set out on the schedule attached to this notice, but are subject to change at any time. The Order will be in operation on 10 September 2017.

Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides of roads in Malvern:-
Lower Howsell Road (southwest side) from its junction with Church Road for a distanceof10metresin anorth westerlydirection. Church Road(north side)from its
junction withLowerHowsellRoadforadistanceof23.4metresinawesterlydirection; (south side)from its junction with LowerHowsell Road for adistance of17.4 metres in awesterlydirection.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.
A copy of the draft Order, relevant plan and Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected at Malvern Hills District Council, Malvern Library, Graham Road, Malvern, WR14 2HU, and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours. Any objections/representations you may have must be sent in writing to me at County Hall or email roadtrafficregs@worcestershire. gov.uk to be received by 15 September 2017.

Revocation of2 hourslimitedwaitingtobereplaced with prohibition ofwaiting at any time; (north side) from a point 33.5 metres west of its junction with Richmond Road for a distance of 5 metres in a westerly direction; (west side) from a point 59.5 metres west then south of its junction with Richmond Road for a distance of 5 metres in a southerly direction. (Crown Lea Avenue, Malvern)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017
Order made: to close that part of Crown Lea Avenue, Malvern from its junction with
Pound Bank Road to its junction with B4211 Barnards Green Road in order to facilitate
carriagewayworks.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: B4211 Barnards Green Road, Pound Bank Road and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days Commencing: 11 September 2017.

Order 2017
Proposed Order: to impose a temporary 30 mph speed limiton that part ofB4208 Blackmore Park Road, Malvern from its junction with U63000 Peachfield Road for a distance of 705 metres in a southerly direction, in order to facilitate new gas works Exemptions: Special Forces vehicles.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days. Commencing 11 September 2017.
