(Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 - Notice Under Article 13 of Application for Planning Permission Land to the West of Mill End House, Patch Elm Lane, Rangeworthy BS37 7LT
"This notice is to inform those with a legal interest in the above site and its access that a planning application ref. PT17/2222/0 has been submitted to South Gloucestershire Council by R. Stowey & Ms R. Stowey to develop a dwelling with associated vehicular access, car parking and amenity space. The access from Patch Elm Lane is apparently without title, and according to Land Registry records, is unregistered. We are thus providing notice of the planning application and are seeking to establish any claims to ownership/responsibility for the access. Any owner should contact us at: Aspect360 Ltd, 45 Oakfield Road, Clifton, Bristol BS8 2AX. Representations about the planning application should be made to South Gloucestershire Council. Statement of owners' rights: The grant of planning permission does not affect owners' rights to retain or dispose of their property, unless there is some provision to the contrary in an agreement or lease. 'Owner' means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years."
