THE MAYOR AND BURGESSES OF THE LONDON BOROUGH OF ENFIELD TOWN & COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 NOTICE OF THE STOPPING UP OF HIGHWAYS, (LONDON BOROUGH OF ENFIELD (86 FAVERSHAM AVENUE) (NO.1) ORDER 2017
The Mayor and Burgesses of the London Borough of Enfield hereby give notice that it has made an order under section 247 of the Town & Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended by Schedule 22 to the Greater London Authority Act 1999) ("the Act") to authorise the stopping up of those parts of the highway measuring 32.10 metres long and 2.31 metres wide running along Adamsrill Close and being adjacent to 86 Faversham Avenue, in the London Borough of Enfield and shown hatched black on the attached plan ("the Plan"). The order authorises stopping up of the highway to enable development to be carried out in accordance with the planning permission granted by the Council under Part III of the Act on 9th March 2017 under reference 16/04472/HOU.

A Copy of the order and the Plan may be inspected at all reasonable hours during the six weeks commencing on the 15th August 2017 at the offices of the London Borough of Enfield at Civic Centre Silver Street Enfield Middlesex EN1 3XA and may be obtained free of charge from that address or via email transportation@enfield.gov.uk quoting The Stopping Up of Highways (London Borough of Enfield) (86 Faversham Avenue) Order 2017.

Any person aggrieved by the Order and desiring to question the validity thereof or any provision contained therein on the ground that it is not within the powers of the Act or that any requirement of the Act or of any regulation made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order may within six weeks of the date of this Notice apply to the High Court for the suspension or quashing of the Order or any provision contained therein.
