APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is given that ADMIRAL TAVERNS LIMITED has applied to Cheshire West and Chester Council to vary a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as The harp Inn, 19 Quayside, Little Neston, Neston, CH64 0TB. The proposed variation is for the following:

*Submit new plans to increase the licensed area to include the new proposed outside area
* Bring the hours for Live & Recorded Music in line with the current hours for sale of Alcohol and to request these for outdoors also.

The application to vary, if granted, will allow such licensable activities to take place at the following times:
Live Music; Recorded Music Sunday-Thursday: 10:00 - 23:30 Friday and Saturday: 10:00 - 00:00

If you wish to make any representations in connection with this application, you must write to: Cheshire West & Chester Council, Licensing Department, 4 Civic Way, Ellesmere Port, CH65 0BE on or before 6th September 2017. The Council's Licensing Register where a record of this application may be inspected is kept at the above address. The register may also be viewed online at: www.cheshirewestandchester.gov.uk. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for the grant of a Premises Licence. The maximum penalty upon summary conviction is a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale (currently £5000).
