LICENSING ACT 2003 NEW STORE APPLICATION
An application has been made to Borough of Poole for a new premises licence under section 17 of the Act by Tesco Stores Ltd, in respect of Tesco Stores Ltd, 31 - 37 Havens Road, Cranford Cliffs, Poole, BH13 7LE to sell alcohol between 06:00 -23:00 Monday to Sunday.

The licensing register and a record of the application may be inspected at the offices of Borough of Poole,
Envronmental services, Unit 1, Newfelds Business Park, 2 Stinsford Road, Poole, BH17 0NF between normal offce hours Monday to Friday except public holidays. Any representation by a responsible authority or a person likely to be affected by the grant of the application must be made in writing to the council by 6th September 2017. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, for which a person is liable on summary conviction to a maximum fine of £5,000.
