Companies Acts (Registered Number: SC356300) and having its Registered Office at Regent Court, 70 West Regent Street, Glasgow, G2 2QZ be wound up by the Court and that Annette Menzies, Insolvency Practitioner, William Duncan (Business Recovery) Limited, be appointed as Interim Liquidator by Interlocutor dated 7 August 2017 the Sheriff appointed all persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers with Glasgow Sheriff Court, 1 Carlton Place, Glasgow, G5 9DA, within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
