NOTICE is hereby given that on 04 August 2017 a petition was presented to the Sheriff of Glasgow Sheriff Court by East Dunbartonshire Council, Council Tax Team Revenue Services William Patrick Library 2/4 West High Street Kirkintilloch G66 1AD for inter alia an order under the Insolvency Act 1986 to wind up LENZIE RESTAURANTS LIMITED T/A RASOI (COMPANY NUMBER SC239825) having their registered office at 227 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 2ND and trading at 20 Millersneuk Road, Kirkintilloch, G66 5JD and to appoint an interim liquidator; in which petition the Sheriff by interlocutor dated 08 August 2017 appoints notice of the import of the petition and of this deliverance, and of the particulars specified in the Act of Sederunt to be advertised once in the Edinburgh Gazette and once in the Herald newspaper; Ordains the said LENZIE RESTAURANTS LIMITED T/A RASOI, and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at ordained all parties interested to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow Sheriff Court, Sheriff Court House 1 Carlton Place Glasgow G5 9DA within eight days after intimation and advertisement; under certifications; of the nominated and appointed Stuart Preston, Insolvency Practitioner of Grant Thornton UK LLP 110 Queen Street Glasgow G1 3BX to be provisional liquidator of Lenzie Restaurants Limited t/a Rasoi and authorised him to exercise the powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of part 2 of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986; all of which notice is hereby given.
