Notice under Regulation 7(2) (b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant

Proposals and Location: Site at 110 Finnieston Street, Glasgow Erection of flatted residential accommodation with leisure space and erection of associated access, landscaping and amenity space, parking and other associated works. Site Bounded by Elliot Place / Port Street / Cranston Street, Glasgow Erection of flatted residential accommodation with leisure space and erection of associated access, landscaping and amenity space, parking and other associated works. A public exhibition and consultation in relation to both proposals will take place on Wednesday 23rd August 2017 between 12.00pm and 7.30pm in the Ground level meeting room at Skypark Business Suites, Skypark 1, 8 Elliot Square, Glasgow, G3 8EP. Further information relating to these proposals can be obtained from Iceni Projects Ltd, Mercantile Chambers, 53 Bothwell Street, Glasgow, G2 6TS. If you wish to make comments on the proposals, you may do so at the above event and/or in writing to Iceni Projects at the above address or email (glasgow@iceniprojects.com ) by no later than Wednesday 6th September 2017. This notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to Glasgow City Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to Glasgow City Council, normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
