Winter South Limited has applied to the London Borough of Lambeth For the grant of a premises licence, in respect of the following premises: Clapham Common, Windmill Drive, London SW4 9DE which would authorise the following llcensable activities: Between 23.11.2017 and 01.01.2018 inclusive at the following times Monday to Thursday 11.00 hrsto 22.00 hrs, Friday 11.00 hrs to 22.30 hrs, Saturday and Sunday 10.30 hrs to 22.00 hrs, the Following licensable activities: plays, films, live music, recorded music, performance of dance, anything of similar description to live music, recorded music, Lucha Libre wrestling and performance of dance. The supply of alcohol between 23.11.17 and 01.01.2018 inclusive at the following times Sunday to Thursday 11.30 hrsto 21.45 hrs, Friday and Saturday 11.30 hrs to 22.15 hrs.
The record of this application may be inspected by appointment at the Licensing Section, London Borough of Lambeth, 6th Floor, International House, Canterbury Crescent, London SW9 7QE or via the licensing authority's website, at www.lambefh.gov.uk/licensing. A responsible authority or any person may make representation to the licensing authority in respect of this application. Representations must be made In writing, either by post to the above address, or by email to llcenslng@lambeth.gov.uk and must be received no later than 29.08.2017.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for that offence shall not exceed level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
