51 College Road, Harrow HA1 1AA (Stopping Up Order 2017) Notice of Intention to Make a Stopping Up Order Section 247 Town And Country Planning Act 1990 NOTICE is hereby given that the London Borough of Harrow (“the Council”) are about to make an Order stopping up the parts of the highway described in the schedule below indicated and shaded green and cross hatched red on the plan referred to in this notice, to enable the development of 51 College Road, Harrow HA1 1AA to be carried out in accordance with the Planning Permission bearing reference number P/0737/15 granted by the Council on 5 January 2016. A copy of the Draft Order and the accompanying plan may be inspected free of charge between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday at Access Harrow, Harrow Council, Civic Centre 1, Station Road, Harrow HA1 2XF. Any objection to the proposed order must be made in writing, addressed to David Eaglesham, London Borough of Harrow, Civic Centre, Station Road, Harrow, Middlesex HA1 2XY before 14 September 2017. If no objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Council may make the Order as an unopposed Order. Any objections duly made and which are not withdrawn will be referred to the Mayor of London.
