WEST BERKSHIRE DISTRICT COUNCIL (KILN LANE, STRATFIELD MORTIMER) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) ORDER 2017
West Berkshire District Council INTENDS, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make an order in accordance with Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding in any direction over Kiln Lane. There is no alternative route for this is a dead end. The purpose of this Order is to enable water leak repairs. The proposed Order will come into effect on 25th Aug 2017. It is envisaged that the closure will be in place between 11th Sept 2017 and 15th Sept 2017. The Order shall remain in force for a period of Eighteen months, or until the works are complete, whichever is the soonest.
(DRURY LANE, STRATFIELD MORTIMER) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) ORDER 2017 West Berkshire District Council INTENDS, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make an order in accordance with Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding in any direction over Kiln Lane between its junction with Pitfield Lane and its junction with Turks Lane. The alternative route for all traffic affected is via Pitfield Lane and Turks Lane. The purpose of this Order is to enable water leak repairs. The proposed Order will come into effect on 25th Aug 2017. It is envisaged that the closure will be in place between 18th Sept 2017 and 22nd Sept 2017. The Order shall remain in force for a period of Eighteen months, or until the works are complete, whichever is the soonest. The above orders will not take effect until approved traffic signs have been erected. Dated: 10th August 2017.
