Notice under Section (38) Sub-section (6) of The Town and Country Planning (Developement Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015

The draft Malton Food Enterprise Zone Local Development Order (LDO) and accompanying Environmental Statement and Statement of Reasons will be published for consultation on 25th October 2016. A paper copy of these documents can be inspected at Ryedale House, Old Malton Road, Malton, YO17 7HH between 9am and 4pm Monday- Friday and are also available on the Council's website http://www.ryedale.gov.uk/pages/council-information/consultations.html  . A public exhibition where interested parties can view the proposals will be held in the Talbot Hotel, Malton, on Tuesday 25th October 2pm to 7pm. Representations on the LDO consultation documents must be recieved by the Council at the above address, or emailed to ecoev@ryedale.gov.uk , by 4.30pm on the 25th November 2016.
