LICENSING ACT 2003 APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Reeve the Baker Ltd has applied to Wiltshire Council for a premises licence for: Reeve the Baker, Butcher Row, Salisbury, Wiltshire. SP1 1EP so that the following licensable activities may be provided on the following days and hours: Sale by retail of alcohol (for consumption on & off the premises): Mon – Sun: 11.00 - 22.00

Anyone wishing to make a representation about this application must give notice in writing specifying the grounds of representation to The Licensing Authority, Wiltshire Council, Public Health & Protection, Monkton Park, Chippenham, SN15 1ER by no later than the 29th August 2017. The application setting out the full details can be viewed at the above address between 9.00am and 4.30pm (Monday – Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) please arrange an appointment to ensure an Officer is available. Individuals, businesses and other bodies may make representations in relation to the application. Representations must be relevant and can only be on the licensing objectives of the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance, and the protection of children from harm. Copies of all representations will be sent to the applicant. Persons making representations may have to appear at the Councils’ Licensing Sub- Committee. Note: It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to £5,000 for a person to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
