Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Temporary Prohibition of Pedestrians Public Footpath No 13 (part) in the Parish of Rostherne
Notice is hereby given that the Secretary of State for Transport in pursuance of the power conferred upon him by sub-section (5) of the aforementioned Section 15 has approved the Order effective from the 26th January 2015 being extended and continuing in force until 31st December 2017. The effect of the Order is to temporarily prohibit pedestrians on that length of Public Footpath No. 13 in the Parish of Rostherne commencing at its junction with Chester Road (A556) at O.S. grid reference SJ 7427 8562 and running in a generally south, south easterly direction along Yarwood Heath Lane for a distance of approx. 25 metres to its junction with Public Footpath No. 9 in the Parish of Rostherne at O.S. grid reference SJ 7441 8541. The closure is necessary to protect the public from danger whilst bridge works are completed in relation to the A556 Knutsford to Bowdon Improvement Scheme.
