LONDON BOROUGH OF BARNET ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 AS AMENDED BY THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 SECTION 14(1) TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE APREY GARDENS NW4 The BARNET LONDON BOROUGH COUNCIL HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that owing to the need to facilitate a road crossing to install a gas supply to new development at 20-11 Finchley Lane NW4, they intend to make an Order which will close Aprey Gardens NW4, on the corner of and outside number 21 and 24 Asprey Gardens, while the works take place. The Order will commence at 8am on Monday 21st August 2017 and is expected to last for 7 days. The alternative route for motorists will be via Aprey Gardens, Victoria Road, First Avenue, Aprey Gardens and vice versa

Nothing in the above paragraphs shall apply to anything done with the permission of or at the direction of a Police Officer in uniform or other uniformed personnel authorised by the Commissioner of the Metropolis.
