LICENSING ACT 2003 MAJOR VARIATION

An application has been made to New Forest District Council to vary a premises licence under section 34 of the Act by Tesco Stores Ltd, in respect of Tesco, Beaulieu Road, Dibden Purlieu, SO45 5GT. The variation proposes a change and extension to the hours the store can sell alcohol (as indicated below) and to remove some embedded conditions.

This application can be inspected in person at the below postal address (weekdays 09.00 to 15.00 by appointment) or on New Forest District Council’s Website at www.newforest.gov.uk . Any representations to the application shall be in writing and should be lodged with the Licensing Authority, New Forest District Council, Appletree Court, Lyndhurst SO43 7PA, stating the terms of the grounds of the said representation, not later than 29th August 2017. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, for which a person is liable on summary conviction to a maximum fine of £5,000.
