In the County Court at Huddersfield, No.101 of 2015 In Bankruptcy To Sean Emery whose last-known address was 86 Leathley Avenue, Menston, Leeds, LS29 6DN. Take notice that a bankruptcy petition has been presented against you in this court by Gareth Neill of Grant Thornton UK LLP, Water's Edge, Clarendon Dock, Belfast, BT1 3BH and the court has ordered that advertising the bankruptcy petition in the London Gazette and a local paper in Leeds shall be deemed to be service of the petition upon you. The said person will be heard on 14th January 2016, at 10.00am at the County Court at Huddersfield. Important - If you do not attend the hearing of the petition the court may make a bankruptcy order against you in your absence.
