NOTICE OF MAKING CHESHIRE WEST AND CHESTER BOROUGH COUNCIL (PRIMROSE LANE, ALVANLEY) (40MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2017

Notice is hereby given that, on the 3rd August 2017 the Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council made the above Traffic Regulation Order in accordance with the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 which came into force on 4th August 2017. The effect of the proposed order will be to prohibit any vehicle from exceeding 40mph on the lengths of road specified in the schedule.

SCHEDULE
(40MPH SPEED LIMIT] Primrose Lane, Alvanley - From the terminal point of the 30mph speed limit in Alvanley, approximately 155m west of its junction with Helsby Road to the terminal point of the 30mph speed limit in Helsby, approximately 235m east of its junction with Latham Avenue.
