NOTICE is hereby given that I Stamford New Road Ltd. T/A Toast applied on 8th August 2017 for the Grant of a Premises Licence to Trafford Council in respect of the premises known as: Toast, 63 Stamford New Road Altrincham WA141DR under the provisions ol the Licensing Act 2003 for a licence to provide: Sale of alcohol on the premises during the intended hours of: Monday to Sunday, 07:00-19:00.

Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to: THE LICENSING SECTION, TRAFFORD COUNCIL, TRAFFORD TOWN HALL TALBOT ROAD STRETFORD MANCHESTER M32 OTH no later than 28 days after the application was made to the licensing authority, starting or the day after the day the application was made. A copy of the application for the above licence is kept by The Licensing Section, Trafford Council, Trafford Town Hall Talbot Road Stratford Manchester M32 OTH. The application can be viewed Monday to Friday between 10.00am and 1.00pm and 2.00pm and 4.00pm. H is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum Fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
