LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice is hereby given that we The Real Ale Shack Ltd have made an application on 31st July 2017 to Warrington Borough Council for a New Premises Licence at The Real Ale Shack, Warrington Temporary Market, Time Sq, Academy Street Warrington, WA1 2LH for the following licensable activities:

Supply of Alcohol (For consumption on & off the premises).

Representations to this application must be made in writing by the end of 28th August 2017 to the Licensing Section, Warrington Borough Council, New Town House, Buttermarket Street, Warrington, WA1 2NH. The register of licensing applications can be inspected at the above address between 09.00 and 16.00 Monday to Friday or at www.warrington.gov.uk . It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessley make a false statement in connection with an application.
