ST. HELENS BOROUGH COUNCIL THE COUNCIL OF THE BOROUGH OF ST. HELENS (VARIOUS ROADS)
(REVOCATIONS, 30 MPH SPEED LIMIT AND 40 MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2017 ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the St. Helens Borough Council in exercise of its powers under Sections 84(1) and (2) of the Road Traffic I Regulation Act 1984, and of all other enabling powers, and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of | Schedule 9 of the aforesaid Act, proposes to make an Order, the effect of which will be as described in the Schedules below.

A copy of the draft Order which includes a map showing the length of roads affected, together with a Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected at the Environmental and Trading Services Department, Traffic Engineering Section, Wesley House, Corporation Street, St. Helens between 9.00am and 5.00pm on Monday to Friday.
Objections to the proposed Order must be made in writing to the undersigned to be received by no later than 31st August 2017 specifying the grounds on which theyare made. Dated this 10th day of August 2017
