LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice is hereby given that I Andrew Leicester have made an application on 1st August 2017 to Warrington Borough Council for a New Premises Licence at Warrington Temporary Market, Warrington for the sale of alcohol on and off the premises from 08.30 - 18.00 Mon - Sun. Representations to this application must be made in writing by the end of 30th August 2017 to the Licensing Section, Warrington Borough Council, New Town House, Buttermarket Street, Warrington, WA1 2NH. The register of licensing applications can be inspected at the above address between 09.00 and 16.00 Monday to Friday or at www.warrington.gov.uk. It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine for which is £5000.
