Licensing Act 2003 Notice of Application to Wigan Council
An  has been made for a  New Premises Licence by Le Bar De Cheveux Ltd, 2-4 Brown Street North, Leigh, WN7 1BU
The application seeks to
- Allowthe sale of alcohol
- Playing recorded music. The operating times of the licensable activity will be as follows:
Mon-Sun: 09:00-20:00 Mon - Sun During December: 09:00-22:00

The application may be inspected at the Licensing Section, Wigan Life Centre, College Avenue, Wigan, WN1 1NJ between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday inclusive. Brief details can also be obtained from the Council's website http://www.wigan.gov.uk Any person or responsible authority may make representations about the application no later than  31th August 20171 All representations must be made in writing by the above date.

It is an offence, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and on summary conviction is liable to a fine of £5,000.
