(REGAN STREET, BOLTON) TEMPORARY CLOSURE
THE BOROUGH COUNCIL OF BOLTON ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTIONS 14(1) AND 16(1) THE BOLTON (REGAN STREET, BOLTON) (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) (NO.XXX) ORDER 2017 The Borough Council of Bolton has made an Order which will be operative on 21st August 2017, the effect of which will be to prohibit all vehicular traffic from entering, stopping, standing, waiting, loading, unloading or otherwise remaining at rest in Regan Street, from Wapping Street to Back Leachfield Street. Alternative route will be via Newry Street, Handel Street, Halliwell Road and Wapping Street. The Order is necessary due to sewer connection works which will last for approximately 5 days and will cease to have effect 18 months from its operative date or on completion of the works whichever first occurs.
