OXFORDSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (SUMMERTOWN) (CONTROLLED PARKING ZONE AND VARIOUS RESTRICTIONS) (VARIATION NO. 24) ORDER 2017
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 11 August 2017 Oxfordshire County Council made the above order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. This variation Order (which amends its 2004 base order) and which comes into force on 14 August 2017 has the following effect;To exclude the following property from eligibility for residents and visitors parking permits to fulfil planning conditions in Islip House 376 Banbury Road; and to re-include the following property to full permit eligibility to fulfil planning conditions in 12 Lucerne Road. Documents giving more particulars of the orders are available for public inspection at www.oxfordshire.gov.uk County Hall, New Road, Oxford OX 1 1ND from 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday.

If you wish to question the validity of any of the orders or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of this Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with, you may within 6 weeks from 11 August 2017 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
