Essex County Council (Nathans Lane, Writtle) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Nathans Lane, Writtle in the City of Chelmsford, from a point approximately 320m west of Margaretting Road, for a further 90m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 11th September 2017 for 11 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30034772007 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new electrical connection works are undertaken by UK Power Networks. An alternative route is available via Highwood Road, The Causeway, Highwood Road Roundabout, Greenbury Way, Margaretting Road Roundabout, Margaretting Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 24th August 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Main Road, South Woodham Ferrers Chelmsford) (Temporary 40 MPH Speed Limit) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily introduce a temporary speed limit of 40mph on that length of Main Road, South Woodham Ferrers in the City of Chelmsford, from a point approximately 92m north of its roundabout junction with Burnham Road for a distance of approximately 1112m in a northerly direction. The speed limit restriction is scheduled to commence on 10th August 2017 for 543 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP02231001363 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The temporary speed limit is required for the safety of the public. The Order will come into effect on 10th August 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Mill Road, Stock) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Mill Road, Stock in the City of Chelmsford, from its junction with Mill Lane to its junction with Downham Road, a distance of approximately 935m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 11th September 2017 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2228788 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while drainage construction works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Mill Lane, Downham Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 24th August 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier Dated: 10/08/2017
