Notice is hereby given that DANUTA DABEK has applied to Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as KRAKOW, UNIT 8 DERWENT SHOPPING CENTRE CONSETT COUNTY DURHAM DH8 5SD For the grant of a Premises Licence to permit the following proposed licensable activities: - Sale by retail of alcohol (off sales) Monday to Sunday inclusive between the hours of 08.00 – 23.00.

A record of this application may be inspected at the Council’s offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham. DH7 8RS on weekdays between 9.30 am and 4.00 pm.
