THE LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice is hereby given that I, Don Anoma Jathunarachchi, have applied to Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as USHAW CONVENIENCE STORE, BROOKLYN HOUSE, 3 BROOM LANE, USHAW MOOR, DURHAM. DH7 7LQ for the grant of a Premises Licence to permit the following proposed licensable activities:- The sale by retail of alcohol (off sales only) from 07:00 – 22:00 Monday to Sunday inclusive.
A record of this application may be inspected at the Council’s offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham.
