Rare Bird Distillery Limited, Rare Bird Distillery, The Stable Block(Unit 2),Talbot Yard, Yorkersgate, Malton, YO17 7AB. Application has been made on the 31st July 2017 for a Premises Licence under the above Act at the above premises as follows:-

1 ) The supply of alcohol (on and off sales) each day between the hours of 09:00 and 20:00. At prearranged events (eg gin school nights, private functions, etc ) on and off sales until 23:00 hours.
2) The premises to be open to the public each day between the hours of 09:00 and 20:00. At pre- arranged events, gin school nights, private functions, etc until 23:00 hours.

A record of this application may be inspected within the Ryedale District Council Register kept at the address shown below. Representations must be made in writing to Ryedale District Council, Licensing Department, Ryedale House, Old Malton Road, Malton, YO17 7ZG (www.ryedale.qov.uk) within 28 days of the date of the application shown above (ie by the 28th of August 2017). lt is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. Maximum penalty £5,000.
