Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (U21232 Recreation Road, Bromsgrove)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017 Proposed Order: to close that part of U21232 Recreation Road, Bromsgrove from its junction with A448 Market Street for a distance of 131 metres in an easterly direction in order to facilitate footpath works. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. No alternative route available. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 24 days Commencing: 29 August 2017.

(C2086 Pulley Lane, Droitwich)(Temporary 40 MPH Speed Limit) Order 2017 Proposed Order: to impose a temporary 40 mph speed limit on that part of C2086 Pulley Lane, Droitwich from its junction with U41424 Newland Road to its junction with A38 Worcester Road, in order to facilitate essential carriageway repair works. Exemptions: Special Forces vehicles. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 8 weeks. Commencing: 4 September 2017.

(A491 Stourbridge Road, Belbroughton)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017 Proposed Order: to close that part of A491 Stourbridge road, Belbroughton from its junction with C2037 Heath End Road to its junction with B4188 Hartle Lane in order to facilitate electrical cabling works. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: A491 Stourbridge Road, A456 Kidderminster Road, U20463 Park Road, Bromsgrove Road, Belbroughton Road, Holy Cross Road, High Street, B4188 Hartle Lane and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day Commencing: 29 August 2017.

(Twatling Road, Barnt Green)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017 Proposed Order: to close that part of Twatling Road, Barnt Green from its junction with Warren Lane to its junction with Lickey Square in order to facilitate Severn Trent works. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: Mearse Lane, Lickey Square, B4096 Old Birmingham Road, Twatling Road and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 4 days Commencing: 29 August 2017.

(Lickey Rock, Marlbrook, Bromsgrove)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017 Order made: to close that part of Lickey Rock, Marlbrook, Bromsgrove from its junction with C2151 Linehouse Lane to its junction with B4096 Old Birmingham Road in order to facilitate street lighting replacement works. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: B4096 Old Birmingham Road, C2151 Linehouse Lane and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day Commencing: 10 August 2017.

(U42002 Saltway/U42003 Loggerheads Lane, Hanbury)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017 Order made: to close that part of U42002 Saltway/ U42003 Loggerheads Lane, Hanbury from its junction with U42004 Pumphouse Lane to its junction with B4090 Droitwich Road in order to facilitate Severn Trent works. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: B4090 Droitwich Road, B4091 Hanbury Road, U42004 Pumphouse Lane and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days Commencing: 16 August 2017.

(Waseley Road, Rubery)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017 Order made: to close that part of Waseley Road, Rubery from its junction with C2057 Callowbrook Lane to its junction with Clent Road in order to facilitate Severn Trent works. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: Waseley Road, Windmill Road, C2057 Callowbrook Lane and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 62 days Commencing: 14 August 2017.


(Spadesbourne Road, Lickey End, Bromsgrove) (Temporary Closure) Order 2017 Proposed Order: to close that part of Spadesbourne Road, Lickey End, Bromsgrove, from its junction with Alcester Road to its junction with C2159 Littleheath Lane in order to facilitate footway reconstruction and kerb replacement works. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: B4096 Alcester Road, C2159 Littleheath Lane and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 15 days Commencing: 4 September 2017.

(C2086 Pulley Lane, Droitwich)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017 Order made: to close that part of C2086 Pulley Lane, Droitwich from its junction with A38 Droitwich Road to its junction with C2155 Newland Common Road in order to facilitate Western Power works. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2086 Newland Lane, C2076 Tagwell Road, Primsland Way, Addyes Way, A38 Roman Way roundabout, A38 Worcester and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day Commencing: 14 August 2017.

(Bromsgrove District) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2013 (Variation) Order 2017 [Prohibition of Waiting on Meadow Road and Wood Bank Drive, Catshill, Bromsgrove] Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides of roads in Catshill, Bromsgrove:- Meadow Road (north side) from the centre point of its junction with Wood Bank Drive for a distance of 31.5 metres in a north easterly direction, and 18.5 metres in a westerly direction; (south side) from its junction with Wood Bank Drive for a distance of 30 metres in a north easterly direction and 14 metres in a westerly direction. Wood Bank Drive (both sides) from its junction with Meadow Road for a distance of 11.4 metres in a southerly direction. The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons’ vehicles. A copy of the draft Order, relevant plan and Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected at Bromsgrove District Council, Customer Service Centre, Parkside, Market Street, Bromsgrove, Worcs., B61 8DA, and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours. (Bromsgrove District) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2013 (Variation) Order 2017 [Disabled Persons’ Parking Place on Aintree Close, Catshill, Bromsgrove] Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to create a disabled persons’ parking place on the following length and side of road in Catshill, Bromsgrove: Aintree Close (south side) from a point 54 metres north east of its junction with Green Lane for a distance of 6.6 metres in a north easterly direction. The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes. A copy of the draft Order, relevant plan and Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected at Bromsgrove District Council, Customer Service Centre, Parkside, Market Street, Bromsgrove, Worcs., B61 8DA, and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours.
