Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925 any person having a CLAIM against or an INTEREST in the estate of PATRICIA MARY BARHAM late of 14 Howards Court, Balmoral Road, Westcliff on Sea SS0 7DG in the County of Essex who died on 5th day of May 2017 whose Will was proved by Alan Arthur Hurst and Rachel Elizabeth Liebeschuetz the Executors therein named on 19th day of July 2017, is required to send particulars thereof in writing to the undersigned on or before the 30th day of October 2017 after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets having regard only to valid claims then notified.
