Stein's Trading Limited is applying for the grant of a premises License for Rick Stein 42A High Street Marlborough Wiltshire SN8 1HQ.

The License, if granted is to enable to following activities to take place:-

Sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises Late Night Refreshment Performance of live music Playing of recorded music

Representations may be made up to 28 days from the date of this notice.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
