APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE LICENSING ACT 2003
Notice is given that Abdullah Gurlek has applied to the London Borough of Lewisham for a New Premises Licence in respect of the following premises: London Kebab, 492 New Cross Road, London SE14 6TJ for the provision of late night refreshment Sunday to Thursday 23.00 to 01.00 hours, Friday and Saturday 23.00 to 03.00 hours.
Anyone wishing to oppose the application must give notice in writing to Licensing Services, 2nd Floor, Laurence House, 1 Catford Road, London SE6 4RU (Tel. 020 8314 6400) or Email licensing@lewisham.gov.uk within 4 weeks of the date of this notice, specifying the grounds of opposition. The application and register can also be viewed at the above address during office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5000. Should representation be received a public hearing will be held.
