We, Stuart Bernard Clark and Lesley Ann Clark, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that an application has been submitted to Ribble Valley Borough Council for a variation of the Premises Licence in relation to The Spread Eagle, Mellor Lane Mellor BB2 7EG, a brief description of the nature of the proposed variation being as follows: The variation Is to update the plans that accompany the premises licence to reflect changes to the layout of the premises; to remove two conditions; and, to replace them with an alternative condition. Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in connection with the application.
