NOTICE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Castle Howard Estates Limited Castle Howard Grounds and Gardens, Castle Howard Estate, Castle Howard, York, YO60 7DA. Application has been made on the 7th August 2017 for a variation of the above premises licence as follows:- 1) To increase the maximum capacity from 9,999 to 19,999 people at this venue. 2) Vary the licensing plan to reflect changes to the layout of the premises as per new plan submitted to the licensing authority. A record of this application may be inspected within the Ryedale District Council Register kept at the address shown below. Representations must be made in writing to Ryedale District Council, Licensing Department, Ryedale House, Old Malton Road, Malton, YO17 7ZG (www.ryedale.gov.uk) within 28 days of the date of the application shown above (ie by the 4th of September 2017). It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. Maximum penalty £5,000.
