Mr Nhan Trung Nguyen has applied to Wycombe District Council for a premises licence to permit the following licensable activities: Supply of alcohol late night refreshment (designated days) Recorded music (designated) Monday to Thursday, Sundays (11.00am - 23.00pm) Friday to Saturday (including Bank Holiday, Christmas eve, New years eve (11.00am - 02.00am) at the Tree 33 - 39 Anglers Court, Spittal Street Marlow SL7 1DB

It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000), under section 158 of the licensing act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application
