LICENSING ACT 2003 NEW STORE APPLICATION
An application has been made to Borough of Poole for a new premises licence under section 17 of the Act by Tesco Stores Ltd, in respect of Tesco Stores Ltd, 35 - 37 Havens Road, Canford Cliffs, Poole, BH13 7LE to sell alcohol between 06:00 -23:00 Monday to Sunday.
The licensing register and a record of the application may be inspected at the offices of Borough of Poole, Environmental services, Unit 1, Newfields Business Park, 2 Stinsford Road, Poole, BH17 0NF between normal office hours Monday to Friday except public holidays.
Any representation by a responsible authority or a person likely to be affected by the grant of the application must be made in writing to the council by 29th August 2017. It is an offence to knowingly or recklesslymake a false statementin connection with an application, for which a person is liable on summary conviction to a maximum fine of £5,000.
