SWINDON BOROUGH COUNCIL SECTION 14 - THE ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 NOTICE OF TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURES

1. (TTRO 2807) Goddard Avenue, Swindon Temporary Closure to allow resurfacing works and prohibits vehicles from proceeding on the length between Bath Road and Commonweal Road Junction. Traffic will be diverted via Westlecot Road, Springfield Road, Devizes Road and Bath Road. Effective Date - 24 August 2017 for 12 months but works are scheduled to take place over 2 days on the 24 August 2017 and 15 September 2017 from 9:30am to 3:30pm.

2. (TTRO 2808) Sywell Road, Swindon. Temporary closure to allow resurfacing works and will prohibit vehicles from proceeding on the length between Hadrians Close and Covingham Drive. Traffic will be diverted via Covingham Drive, Merlin Way, Gablecross Rdbt, Oxford Road and Nythe Road. Effective Date - 21 August 2017 for 12 months but works are schedule to take place over 5 days on the 21, 22 and 23 August 2017 and 13 and 14 September 2017 between the time of 9:30am to 3:30pm.

3. (TTRO 2806) Corporation Street, Swindon Temporary Closure to allow safety and structural examination and will prohibit vehicles from proceeding on Corporation Street at Whitehouse Bridge. Traffic to be diverted via Manchester Road, County Road, Transfer Bridge Rdbt and Great Western Way. Effective Date 10 August 2017 overnight from 11:30pm to 4:30am.
