Notice under regulation 7(2)(b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant
Proposed development at site at former College Street Goods Yard adjacent to No 4 Parsonage Square, Glasgow, for the erection of mixed use development, including retail, leisure, food and drink, non-residential institutions, business and commercial uses, build to rent residential, student accommodation and associated works. A public consultation event of the proposals will be held at Merchant Square, 71 Albion Street, Glasgow, G1 1NY, on Thursday 17th August 2017 from 2pm until 8pm. Comments should not be made to Glasgow City Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to Glasgow City Council, normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
